Job Descripon:
• Liaise with clients from Malaysia, Singapore (Email and phone calls)
• Coordinate with admin teams to ensure quality service for clients
• Review clients' feedback and implemen$ng necessary changes
• Maintain meaningful rela$onships with exis$ng clients to ensure that they are retained
• Key in all report in CRM Program
Requirement:
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent
• Those who have extensive experience in Sales/Customer Service are desired
• Client oriented mindset
• Outspoken and friendly personality
