Position: Technical Support Engineer

Responsibility:

1. Technical Training: Lead technical training sessions to enhance the technical skills of trainees.
2. Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, coordinating internal and external resources for follow-up and resolution.
3. Technical Documentation: Update and maintain technical knowledge documents.
4. Project Support: Provide on-site support for key projects, resolving technical issues to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of Call centre support experience in related industry

·       Familiarity with security surveillance system integration and debugging, with a solid understanding of network architecture, storage, and platform services.

·       Highly responsible, with a strong understanding of industry solutions and the ability to develop comprehensive technical proposals and communicate effectively.

·       Strong learning ability, with the capacity to work independently; excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
