Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Principal in providing leadership to teachers in development and implementation of teaching and day to day operation.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff and visitors, adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop strategies to market and maintain the school's student enrolment to maximise the school capacity.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with parents and the school community.
- Organise school events Oversee the renewal process of centre's licensing in accordance to all government agencies requirements.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Education field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
- Work experience in kindergarten management is an added advantage.
- Passionate, motivated, able to exhibit love, care and responsibility towards children.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. |
