Position: Sales Asisstant Manager / Manager (Homebased)

Salary: Up to RM11,000

Headcount: 2 (1 in JB; 1 in Penang)

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and win new customers, while expanding business with existing accounts

• Promote parts, services, rental and automation alongside equipment sales to grow recurring revenue

• Offer rental solutions that fit customer needs and budgets

• Manage rental contract renewals and extensions with existing customers

• Visit customer sites regularly to understand their operations, assess needs and recommend solutions

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and act as their main point of contact

• Handle customer feedback and work with internal teams to resolve issues

• Prepare quotations, technical proposals and tender submissions

• Lead negotiations and close deals in line with pricing and margin targets

• Coordinate with engineering, service, and project teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery

• Keep the sales pipeline, forecasts and customer records up to date in the CRM

• Track market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities in the region

• Report sales performance and plans to management
