Key Responsibilities:
Interior & Application Design Execution
- Learn, interpret, and follow current corporate standards for design, application guidelines, and workplace insights across all spatial solutions.
- Stay current with promoted, core, and newly launched product lines, ensuring accurate product application and integration in client and marketing projects.
- Design thought-starter applications for new product launches and contribute to periodic product collateral updates, such as brochures, lookbooks, and application guides.
- Align with corporate showroom standards and collaborate with the corporate showroom design team to support updates and execution for existing and new international showrooms.
- Conduct site visits, review marketing briefs, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop conceptual sketches, space plans, and spatial layouts.
- Oversee design quality, contractor execution, and application integrity to ensure full compliance with corporate standards.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Lead design-driven projects from inception to completion, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, regional sales teams, product development, and external vendors to ensure alignment with strategic brand objectives.
- Support and manage market events, corporate showrooms, and dealer displays in regard to product applications and relevant spatial solutions.
- Maintain project budget awareness and monitor progress against key milestones, identifying risks and establishing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Act as a primary design point of contact for international marketing initiatives, providing clear technical and application guidance to external partners.
Workplace Strategy & Research Synthesis
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback, workplace trends, and behavioral research to inform application design strategies.
- Translate spatial research insights into actionable design recommendations that support modern hybrid working models and emerging office behaviors.
- Conduct competitive analysis and application benchmarking for international regional markets.
- Document and share workplace insights and best practices with broader marketing and design teams to drive continuous solution innovation.
- Provide continuous feedback and localized workplace insights to corporate workplace strategy teams to support global research alignment and ongoing solution evolution.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
- 3+ years commercial interior workplace design experience.
- Contract furniture systems, spatial planning, workplace ergonomics, and application design.
- Leading design discussions, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, market events, and corporate showroom support.
- 2D / 3D CAD & Spatial Modeling: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit/BIM software for technical layout generation.
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for presentation compilation, lookbooks, and brochure updates.
- 3D Visualization Tools: Familiarity with 3ds Max, Blender, or V-Ray for rendering conceptual space plans and product settings.
