Job Requirements:

• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations and orders for spare parts and services.
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of orders in close collaboration with Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain a structured overview of quotations, orders, and customer commitments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while proactively following up on ongoing activities.
• Support the continuous improvement of logistics and order management processes.

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or relevant industry
• Min. of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with some knowledge in marine engine products
• Ability to work independently as well as participate and work as part of a team
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused and motivated by delivering high-quality results
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team across different locations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
• Experience with marine engine spare parts, maintenance planning, or logistics coordination.
