Client Background: US based MNC- operating in 126 countries, close to hundred sales office & showrooms worldwide in Europe, North America and Asia over ten years in order to build a complete portfolio of product lines- Office Interiors Manufacturer. Region offices: Beijing, Dubai, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, Australia, Europe, Paris, London, Latin America, North America, Boston, Chicago, Holland, San Francisco & more. Products: Seating system, office furniture, storage, tables, collaborative tools & etc

Remuneration: Annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, EPF, SOSCO etc

Support the monthly financial closing process and ensure timely completion of month-end reporting.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.

Coordinate intercompany settlements and vendors payments.

Review and submit quarterly GST F5 returns and monthly withholding tax filing in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Distribute the monthly sales commission statements to sales team members based on calculations prepared by the Shared Service Centre (SSC).

Financial Reporting and Analysis

Assist in the review and analysis of SG&A expenses and prepare variance and bridge analysis.

Prepare prototype cost listings and advise SSC on related journal entries.

Prepare monthly cashflow reports.

Monitor collections and manage working capital performance.

Generate ad hoc financial reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

Respond to routine finance-related requests from internal and external stakeholders.

Support internal and external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory reviews.

Support documentation and approvals relating to contracts, purchase orders, bank guarantees, export documentation, and notarization services where required.

Liaise with banks, customers, and business partners on matters relating to performance bonds and letters of credit

Candidates who are available to start earlier will have an advantage.

Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) are advantageous.

Has experience of liaising with financial institutions on banking instruments such as Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and financial databases.

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
