| Job Responsibilities
- Prepare M&E; design, tender documents, and authority submissions.
- Liaise with owners, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support.
- Monitor and oversee M&E; works during the construction stage until TOP/CSC.
- Assist the Qualified Person (QP) in project-related matters.
- Handle mainly Mechanical systems, including: ACMV, Fire Protection, Sanitary & Plumbing.
- Support electrical-related works when required (training will be provided).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E; consultancy.
- Experience in commercial and industrial projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of M&E; design, local regulations, and codes of practice.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and attend site visits/meetings when required.
