Job Description

• Lead and manage the Test Engineering team, including recruitment, coaching, performance management, training, and talent development.

• Develop and implement test engineering strategies aligned with business goals and customer requirements.

• Provide technical leadership in evaluating customer test requirements and recommending suitable test solutions, equipment, and processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, quality, yield, and operational performance.

• Manage the development and deployment of specialized test equipment, software, and automation solutions.

• Monitor key operational metrics, project timelines, cost performance, and team productivity.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and elimination of non-value-added activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Customers to resolve issues and support product launches.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), production ramp-up, and troubleshooting activities.

• Establish best practices, standardize processes, and promote knowledge sharing across teams and sites.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.

• Minimum 7 years of working experience in Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical fields.

• Minimum 5 years of management or team leadership experience.

• Strong experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, EMS, or high-volume production environments.

• Proven experience managing Test Engineering teams and technical projects.

• Strong knowledge of test strategies, test equipment, automation, and manufacturing processes.

• Experience in NPI, product launch, test solution development, and process improvement.

• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Good understanding of cost management, budgeting, and resource planning.

• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work effectively with customers and global teams.
