Key Responsibilities (Test Engineer)
Test Engineering & Product Support

Develop, maintain, and optimize automated and manual test systems for electronic products.

Support existing production processes to improve product quality, test yield, and manufacturing throughput.

Troubleshoot product and production issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Collaborate with design engineers to resolve technical issues and improve product testability.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
-
Develop manufacturing test plans from product development through mass production.
-
Support prototype builds, product validation, and production ramp-up activities.
-
Design and implement test fixtures, jigs, equipment, and process controls.
-
Review test data and ensure products meet engineering specifications.
Process Improvement & Documentation
-
Analyze manufacturing and test data to identify improvement opportunities.
-
Implement process monitoring and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
-
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and test procedures.

Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Support & Training
-
Provide technical guidance and training to test technicians.
-
Maintain knowledge of new test technologies, measurement techniques, and manufacturing processes.

Support the development of advanced manufacturing and test capabilities.
Job Requirements

Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing test systems.

Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, analysis, and troubleshooting.

Experience with test automation, process automation, and measurement techniques.

Programming experience in LabVIEW and/or Python is preferred.
-
Familiarity with PCB assembly (PCBA), embedded systems, and RF product testing.
