Organizational Development Manager
An Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for improving an organization's
effectiveness by developing its people, culture, leadership, and processes. The role focuses on helping
the business achieve its strategic goals through organizational change and employee development.
Responsibilities:
Organizational Architecture: Redesigning corporate reporting structures and standardizing role
clarity.
Career Architecture: Building competency frameworks, job evaluation systems and
pay/remuneration structures.
Change Management: Helping local workforces transition smoothly during digital transformations
or corporate restructure.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in organizational development.
Negotiation & Influence: Strong dispute resolution skills with the ability to maintain composure
under pressure.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft
legally sound correspondence.
Analytical Thinking: Sharp objective assessment skills to investigate cases and evaluate risks
thoroughly.

Malaysian candidate only.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Office location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Within walking distance from Asia Jaya LRT.
