Job Description:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, confirmation, and offboarding.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records in compliance with company policies and Malaysian Employment Act.

Administer payroll, employee benefits, leave management, attendance, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Support the performance management process, including probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee development initiatives.

Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, counselling, and employee engagement activities.

Organize employee welfare programs, company events, training, and team-building activities.

Process invoices, staff reimbursements, payments, and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.

Monitor petty cash transactions and prepare simple financial reports, reconciliations, and expense summaries.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and external accountants to ensure statutory and financial compliance.

Assist in annual budgeting, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and cost monitoring.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of statutory records, contracts, licenses, and company documents.

Provide administrative support to management and perform other HR, finance, and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR & Administration, Finance, or a similar multifunctional role.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, payroll administration, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Familiarity with basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoice processing, petty cash management, and financial documentation.

Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience using HRIS, payroll, or accounting software will be an added advantage.

Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work independently with minimal supervision.
