| Position Title: HR Manager
Tenure: Permanent
Responsibilities: • Overseeing HR & Admin department
(A) Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Administer recruitment and deployment process.
- Recruit, sourcing and select candidates with the right competencies and attitudes on a timely basis.
- Explore and determine effective recruitment channels.
- Assist and advise on the company work force requirements.
- Ensure full recruitment cycle follow procedure.
- Hiring negotiation and documentation preparation.
- Ensure new employee profile access setup in HR system.
- Draft and finalise job description with the respective department HOD.
- Sourcing for any ad-hoc project need related professional candidates.
(B) Training & Development
- Handle overall training processes, which include preparing a training need analysis, training plan and training record.
- Involve in new employee orientation programme. Ensure employee knowing using HR system & access.
- Responsible for the training need analysis (TNA). Work with all HODs to prepare the mapping of training needs for the company.
- Record all employees' training updates, attendance, evaluation and certification.
- Work with all departments for those professional training need.
- Put in place planning for critical positions.
- Work with all HOD on the probation assessment and annual assessment.
- Work with related departments for the performance improvement plan.
(C) Compensation and Benefit Management
- Ensure the probation assessment & evaluation process is carried out.
- Assist and advise management on the salary increment and bonus proposal.
- Administer Welfare & Benefits in accordance to policy.
- Ensure all confirm staffs with group insurance coverage and with update policy.
- Ensure all employee register & medical coverage with panel.
- Propose & implement on different allowances.
- Administer on entitle payroll process (data collect, key in, process, upload, report).
- Ensure related projects department submit monthly timesheet report.
- Preparing employee cost allocation report.
- Administer on employee expenses claim & commission, ensure all claim follow the entitlement
(D) Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Administer and planning for employee activities.
- Responsible for all the disciplinary issue.
- Performance improvement plan on specific employee.
- Counselling and consult with employee when require.
(E) Administration
- Responsible for the day-to-day office administration function & duties.
- Ensure all the office supply need on stationery and pantry refreshment is up to require stock level. Ensure all related certificates is renew & up to the requirement need.
- Responsible for office maintenance and related service, to ensure up to requirement need and continuity use.
Skills and Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Human Resource Management.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in HR, and 3 years’ experience as a Human Resource Manager or Assistant Manager.
Experience using Timesoft & Info Tech HR systems is preferred.
Good in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong managerial skills.
Well versed with Employment Act, 1955.
