QA Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and inspection standards.
  • Lead and manage the QA team by assigning tasks, coaching team members, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to ensure product quality requirements are met.
  • Handle customer quality issues and complaints, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
  • Monitor product quality, performance, and reliability to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage QA resources, including manpower, equipment, and training, to support quality objectives.
  • Prepare quality reports and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in the wire and cable harness industry is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of quality management systems and quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
