Responsibilities:

Own It:

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology standards.
  • Define technology standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems.
  • Evaluate and select technology platforms and solutions that meet business requirements and scalability needs.
  • Develop and maintain a technology roadmap, outlining key initiatives and investments.
  • Implement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) processes to ensure efficient service delivery

 

Build Trust:

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct technology assessments, identify emerging trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for technology projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and build consensus on project goals and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.

  • Support organizational leaders in quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, with a focus on enterprise technologies.   
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
