Perform IT project implementations tasks to meet specification, quality and deadline requirements

2.1.1

Data analysis, cleansing and migration to the new system

2.1.2

Handle user enquiries and provide solutions for known issues

2.1.3

Redirect and follow-up with vendor issues beyond the responsibilites of local IT

2.2

Support day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, user devices and software applications.

2.3

Troubleshooting, setup - Hardware/software for network, server and client devices

4.1           Knowledge Requirements

a                   Microsoft 365, SQL, Power BI, client/server hardware & software

b                  IT backend infrastructure (networking, security, firewall)

c                   Degree in IT. Microsoft certification is an advantage

4.2        Skill Set Requirements

a              Programing for report/application system

b              Strong, technical, analytical and problem solving skills

c              Interpersonal, communication & collaboration skills

4.3           Behaviour Requirements

a                   "Can-do" attitude with a positive mindset

b                  Ability to work with deadline and multi-tasks

c                   Proactive, motivated and take initiative

4.4        Experience Requirements

a           IT infrastructure and business application system support is desirable but not mandatoty
