Key Responsibilities
Role Summary
Lead technical pre-sales activities for Enterprise Networking, Campus Networking, Wireless
Infrastructure, Network Automation, and Intelligent Network Management solutions across
commercial enterprises and strategic accounts.
The role is responsible for understanding customer business and technical requirements, designing
scalable and resilient network architectures, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and providing
technical leadership throughout the sales lifecycle.
As a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, the candidate is expected ti enable organisations to
modernize their network infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and
support business growth through secure and intelligent connectivity.

Design and position transformative enterprise networking solutions that improve connectivity,

Lead initial technical engagements from opportunity qualification through solution design,
proof-of-concept, proposal submission, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic Solution Consulting
Engage senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, ICT
strategies, and infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
Conduct enablement workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design
engagements.
Design scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures that support businesscritical
applications and future growth.
Translate customer requirements into comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
2) Network Architecture & Solution Design
Design and position solutions across key networking domains including,
Campus & Data Center Fabric Local Area Networking
Enterprise Wireless Networking
Network Automation & Orchestration
Network Management, Access Control & Analytics
3) Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Management
Define PoC objectives and success criteria.
Develop validation methodologies and testing plans.
Coordinate deployment and technical execution activities.
Produce outcome reports and executive recommendations.
Demonstrate measurable business value to stakeholders.
4) Tender, Proposal & Bid Management
Lead technical responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions.
Develop compliance matrices and solution mapping documentation.
Conduct technical evaluations and gap analyses.
Define project scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
Support commercial teams in solution sizing and effort estimation.
Participate in customer presentations, technical clarification sessions, and tender interviews.
5) Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, project consultants
and system integrators
Collaborate with technology vendors, distributors, and implementation teams.
Support executive-level engagements and strategic account planning.
Represent the organization at industry forums, technology events, and customer workshops.
Required Experience
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Network Infrastructure,
Telecommunications, or ICT solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sale, solution engineering, network
consultancy role.
Proven experience designing and positioning enterprise networking solutions for medium to
large commercial organisations.
Experience supporting the complete sales lifecycle, including customer discovery, solution
design, proof-of-concept (PoC), proposal development, and technical presentations.
Hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WLAN, network management, and network
security technologies.
Experience preparing technical responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and competitive tender
submissions.
Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, including IT Managers,
Infrastructure Managers and Solution Architects.
Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, system integrators, and
implementation teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
