Japanese Customer Support (Sports Shoes & Apparel Brand)

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Day Shift Only)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: RM 8,500 – 9,500 per month (approx. USD 1,800 – 2,200 / JPY 340,000 – 400,000)
※ Exchange rate reference: 1 RM = 40 JPY (June 2026)


Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing customer support to Japanese customers regarding products and services through phone, email, and chat channels.

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products
  • Provide support for online orders
  • Check and communicate delivery status
  • Handle return and exchange requests
  • Support account-related inquiries
  • Provide information on promotions and campaigns
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
  • Record customer interactions in the system

You will play an important role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and enhancing the brand experience.
