Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing customer support to Japanese customers regarding products and services through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries about products
- Provide support for online orders
- Check and communicate delivery status
- Handle return and exchange requests
- Support account-related inquiries
- Provide information on promotions and campaigns
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
- Record customer interactions in the system
You will play an important role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and enhancing the brand experience.
