| What you'll be doing
- Support the Business Development team with Accessories proposals at customer sites
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and explain Accessories features and benefits
- Gather customer feedback and analyze market needs, pricing, and product trends
- Identify job-site challenges and recommend suitable Accessories solutions
- Work with the Sales team to promote Accessories to dealers, including independent visits
- Conduct product training for dealer staff
- Monitor and improve Accessories product displays at dealer stores
- Customize dealer proposals, including volume-based recommendations for high-demand items
- Plan and execute Accessories promotions, roadshows, exhibitions, and seminars
- Analyze promotion effectiveness and share insights for future improvement
- Develop demo materials, success stories, and category-based Accessories packages
- Perform field activities, market research, and other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
- Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience in administrative and analytical tasks.
- Willing to travel as required for business purposes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop tailored solutions.
- Experience in the power tools industry, with sound knowledge of power tool accessories.
- Experience in sales, dealer visits, product training, or the promotion of technical products.
