1. To manage projects and to provide technical and management guidance to the assigned PM or engineers. Monitoring all projects closely to ensure he/she managed the project within the given time, cost and quality constraint stipulated in the contract.
2. To adopt the Project Management Methodology for project implementation: -
• the project scheduling, resource planning, and material logistics, overall management, coordination, supervision, quality control/assurance and budgetary control of projects implemented.
• to formulate the overall project plan, with consultation with management and other parties concerned.
3. To ensure the project meets the quality standards expected by the customer, that is: -
• to ensure minimal defects and re-work by ensuring quality requirements are met.
• to ensure subcontractors comply with the quality requirements.
4. To train and maintain a team of competent and motivated project personnel, in order: -
• to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project team by continuously leading, guiding and motivating them through better teamwork and spirit.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in construction project or building services or equivalent.
- 2- 5 years of related experience.
- Candidate with positive attitude and always willing to learn.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
