Job Responsibilities:
- To manage projects and to provide technical and management guidance to the assigned project engineer. Monitoring all projects closely that to ensure the project engineer managed the project within the given time, cost and quality constraint stipulated in the contract.
- Conducting a site survey and able to negotiate with sub-contractors to get the best price-performance solution for the company.
- Required to access certain authorities for approval and able to prepare project documentation.
- To ensure the project meets the quality standards expected by the customer
- To train and maintain a team of competent and motivated project engineer and set KPIs for engineers/technicians in order to keep track of their performance.
- Continuously evaluate the SOP process and enhance existing processor for the department when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent.
Candidates with a diploma and above and with good experience will also be considered.
Good team spirit, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willing to work long hours.
Preferably with 10 years of working experience in construction industries.
Able to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Good command in English for both oral and written. | |
