Position: Software Tester

Company Background: Gaming Industry

Tenure: 1 year contract ( Renewable Basis)

Salary: RM 3000 - 3800

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working Hour: Normal Working Hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with a QV team to execute game testing through development cycle to ensure highest quality of game service.
• Reviewing game design documents and create/update test scripts(cases) with guaranteed test coverage.
• Running professional testing in test script-based game play, functional, regression, performance, balance, assets, usability, and user perspective exploratory area.
• Mainly detecting bugs through multiple testing, and complete following-up to be fixed in bug tracking system(JIRA, JAAS etc)
• Reporting daily test result and share test progress, bug status, and any quality issues with summarized way
• Suggesting ideas to improve game quality, player experience, game play balance and user satisfaction through development cycle.

Job Requirement

• Preferred, + 1 year experience in game, IT, SW product testing or QA.
• Experience or compatible capability to use MS office, communication, sharing, co-work system tools(jira, jaas, slack, confluence, notion, testrail etc..)
• Strong observational skills, analytical, and focused on detail.
• Good attitude, communication skill, and fluency in English is preferred
