| Sales Representative- Jakarta
Core Responsibilities
- Drive business development and expand market presence in the Jakarta and Southeast Asia
- Identify and acquire new customers, particularly cosmetics manufacturers
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
- Achieve sales growth targets for glass packaging products
- Develop strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing teams in China and Malaysia
- Attend customer meetings, business trips, and regional market visits as required
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within:
- Glass packaging industry
- Cosmetic packaging industry
- FMCG packaging industry
- Industrial packaging / B2B / OEM / raw ingredients sales
- Strong knowledge of packaging products and market dynamics
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth
- Willing to travel across the Jakarta regularly
- Amenable to travel to Malaysia once or twice a month (travel expenses covered by company)
- Age: 20–30 years old
- Gender: Preferably Male (due to extensive travel requirements)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong character and soft skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Must be flexible to work on Saturdays, as China manufacturing partners operate on this day
