Junior IT System Administration

 Responsibilities

·       Management of servers of entities operating at the plant in Johor Bahru and related entities abroad

·       Ongoing monitoring of global IT networks and computer hardware

·       Computer hardware diagnostics and IT inventory management (equipment distribution among employees and installation of system access for new and existing employees)

·       Purchase of IT equipment in accordance with the current needs of the company

·       Providing technical support for users (help desk service - diagnosing and solving problems)

Requirements

•       Possessing education and knowledge in the field of computer science or related area

·       Experience is welcome, but not mandatory

·       Ability to learn and process information quickly

·       Great communication skills to deal with a plethora of situations

·       Basic knowledge in the field of: Microsoft Active Directory, Network technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPV, OSI model, WLAN, RADIUS) and maintenance of Windows systems is appreciated

·       Ability to use English. The ability to use also Mandarin will be considered a great advantage.

·       Ready to undertake long-term cooperation

·       Having the ability to organize work, take initiative and commitment
