1. Support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and day-to-day System support
2. Provide end-user support, testing, and training
3. Consult and work with relevant Users and Subject Matter Experts / SME (both internal and external) on ERP-related requirements and provide solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collecting and documenting business requirements based on the requirements provided by Users
· Modelling business requirements and translating them to application and operational requirements
· Provide 1st and 2nd level support for business and operation teams
· Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related application issues, determine appropriate actions, discuss actions
· with stakeholders, implement, review, and test approved activities for desired outcomes
· Test and implement software updates, new system functionality, report development, and queries.
· Support local application development and support across the product supply and commercial processes
· Document process changes and communicate effectively with users and vendors; create training
· documents and facilitate training sessions for end users
· Design and create relevant reports and provide technical assistance to end users for reporting
· Provide system training to end users and other relevant staff
· Estimates the implementation cost (including change request) based on the agreed requirements
· Participate in change management activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in hands-on design, analysis, and providing solutions for ERP systems
· Experience in modern ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc) or upgrades working with external
· ERP vendors
· Experience in the Manufacturing industry with strong business process acumen and knowledge
· Experience in supporting businesses and operations in a Manufacturing environment
· Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail
· Must be able to multitask and project manage many tasks simultaneously
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Able to work with different levels of people from cross-functional teams to proactively identify areas of improvement within all disciplines of the company
· Require some level of travelling within the APAC region
