Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions or market segments.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand client base.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and tenders to potential clients.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable sales.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

Provide professional consultation and product recommendations to meet client needs.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Follow up on post-sales support, including order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
3. Technical & Product Knowledge

Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, applications, and advantages.

Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to offer customized solutions to clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers when necessary.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Coordinate closely with internal departments (Logistics, Accounts, and Production) to ensure smooth sales operations.

Maintain accurate and updated customer databases and sales records.
5. Marketing & Promotion

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to promote company products.

Support the marketing team in implementing promotional strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial, automation, or technology sectors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (advantageous for client communication) | |
