Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAP CS Consultant to manage and support end-to-end service management processes, including service orders, notifications, warranties, and after-sales service. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP CS module for service management processes.
Manage service notifications, service orders, contracts, and warranties.
Handle installed base management and equipment master data.
Gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing user support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, SD, MM) for integration.
Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6—9 years of experience in SAP CS functional consulting.
Strong expertise in service management, service orders, and notifications.
Experience in SAP CS configuration and enhancements.
Good understanding of integration with PM, SD, and MM modules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in S/4HANA Service.
Exposure to field service management or after-sales support processes. |
