1. Manage customer orders and coordinate with customers on changes to
orders or delivery schedules, ensuring visibility of order status and delivery
timelines.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers on demandrelated
issues. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand
evolving needs, and resolve issues related to demand, shortages, or
inventory availability.
3. Manage and analyze customer forecasts, including process development,
impact assessment of demand changes, customer interface, and
communication of weekly build requirements to the company.
4. Adjust system order delivery dates based on customer OOR requirement
changes, and notify Production Control (PC) & Material Control (MC) to align
material and production scheduling.
5. Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve abnormal issues
affecting order delivery timelines.
6. Maintain customer system data, including order ETA, ASN, and invoice
uploads.
7. Liaise with production planning to ensure adequate material supply to meet
target shipments.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, inventory, material, and
production) to improve demand planning accuracy.
9. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or
management from time to time.
