The KOL Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and sales growth. This role will also lead and develop a high-performing KOL team while ensuring strong execution of influencer campaigns across multiple beauty brands under the company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing strategies to attract new users, increase product interest, and drive sales
Analyze market trends and audience insights to identify effective content and promotion strategies
Forecast campaign performance, growth potential, and ROI in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of KOL specialists, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Provide coaching and training to strengthen capabilities in influencer outreach, campaign execution, and performance tracking
Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance to ensure targets are achieved
Oversee identification, selection, and engagement of KOLs, including celebrities, macro, and mega influencers
Manage campaign briefing, content direction, and ensure high-quality execution of influencer collaborations
Monitor campaign progress and ensure delivery aligns with objectives and timelines
Oversee and optimise the use of KOL resources across all Company's brands
Lead commercial negotiations with influencers and agencies to secure competitive rates and maximise ROI
Identify new collaboration opportunities to expand brand reach and market impact
Ensure all KOL campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategy
Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, celebrities, and KOL partners
Strengthen the brand’s network within the influencer and digital marketing ecosystem
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness
Continuously optimise strategy based on performance results
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer/KOL Marketing, or Digital Marketing
Proven experience in leading and managing a tea
Strong experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries is highly preferred
Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneous
