We are seeking experienced HR Recruiters to support a high-volume recruitment project within a fast-paced consulting environment. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for Digital Marketing positions, supporting regional hiring demands.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Manage full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management
Handle high-volume hiring (30—60 headcounts) for Digital Marketing roles
Work closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of roles
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Support onboarding coordination where required
Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and internal processes
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring
Experience recruiting Digital Marketing or similar roles is highly preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Comfortable working with regional or multi-stakeholder teams
Working Arrangement: Fully onsite in office |
