Responsibilities
- Grow the customer base in both Malaysia and Singapore to achieve company growth goals
- Drive strong execution of business building initiatives, training programs and field activities
- Strengthen leadership development and duplication throughout the organization
- Coach and develop not only the internal team but also customers, Marketing Executives and business builders in the field.
- The role requires someone who can build credibility with field leaders, influence and develop people, strengthen leadership capability, improve retention and help drive sustainable customer growth through coaching, engagement and leadership development
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to support business objectives and improve customer experience
- Ensure all activities are aligned with company policies, values and compliance standards
Requirements
Proven track record of leadership experience in sales, business development, coaching or related roles with demonstrated success in developing teams, leaders and business growth strategies
Strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills with the ability to build confidence, accountability and performance
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities
Confident public speaker with the ability to conduct trainings, facilitate leadership meetings and represent the Company professionally at events
