Responsibilities

·       Market research & opportunity identification

·       Analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

·       Identify upcoming related construction and engineering projects.

·       Monitor tender platforms, and industry reports.

·       Client relationship management

·       Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders and clients.

·       Act as the point of contact for new and potential clients.

·       Organize regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to understand needs and promote services and expertise.

·       Proposal and tender support

·       Coordinate with internal teams to support technical and commercial proposals preparation.

·       Assist in reviewing RFPs/RFQs and prequalification documents.

·       Assist to ensure timely submission of tenders and documentation.

·       Marketing & brand promotion

·       Support on marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness.

·       Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, etc.

·       Help develop marketing materials (e,g, presentations) according to the target market.

·       Report & forecast

·       Maintain sales tracking tools to monitor progress and performance.

·       Provide regular business development reports and forecasts to management.

·       Competitor & client analysis

·       Study competitors' strengths, market positioning, and client base.

·       Identify gaps in the market where the company can gain a competitive edge.

·       Understand client decision-making processes and procurement strategies.

 

Key skills and competencies

·       10 years related experience in construction & engineering industry i.e. HVAC, cleanroom, MEP services.

·       Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

·       Knowledge of construction and engineering methods, project lifecycles, and engineering terminology.

·       Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

·       Possess a strategic mindset.

·       Familiar with tendering processes and procurement systems.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and proposal writing.
