| SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to manage multiple engineering projects and support manufacturing operations in a semiconductor environment. This role will lead engineering teams, drive project execution, and ensure smooth manufacturing support from development stage to high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams, including:
- 3–4 Managers (direct reports)
- 10–15 Engineers / Senior Engineers (indirect reports)
- Oversee engineering projects from planning, development, build, and production until mass manufacturing.
- Support manufacturing operations to achieve quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support for engineering and manufacturing issues.
- Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and departmental budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve engineering and manufacturing efficiency.
- Mentor and develop engineering team members to strengthen technical capabilities and leadership skills.
- Ensure engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
- Strong experience in:
- Front-End & Back-End Manufacturing
- Automation & Industrialization
- Mechanical Assembly / Box Build Processes
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
