As an IT Designer you will become part of our team, and your field of responsibility will be:

Responsibility

·       Provide first- and second-level IT support for Asia-based colleagues, ensuring timely response within the Asia timezone while proactively identifying, documenting, and escalating recurring or underreported issues.

·       Support, design, and continuously improve global IT systems, workflows, and infrastructure, contributing to standardization, best practices, and worldwide IT initiatives.

·       Manage and support client systems across Windows and Linux environments, including network, access, security, and IT equipment lifecycle activities.

·       Collaborate closely with global IT teams and support international projects, while acting as a technical and cultural bridge for Asia-related topics, including communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and supporting potential infrastructure expansion in China.

 Requirements

·       Bachelors / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Information Technology or similar education

·       3-5 years’ experience in the field are preferable, but not mandatory

·       Strong general IT knowledge with a system-oriented mindset

·       Very good team and communication skills

·       Leadership potential

·       Ability to work across cultures and time zones

·       Fluent English & Mandarin speaking skills is advantage
