Responsibility
- Identify and establish personal rapport with potential and existing customers.
- Establish new accounts and service existing accounts by identifying potential customers and planning sales call schedules.
- Provide demonstrations, training, and presentations to help customers understand products/services.
- Collaborate with superiors, associates, and support teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues along with potential solutions to upper management.
- Conduct regular visits/meetings with customers and handle verbal and written inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets as set by management.
- Earn sales commissions in addition to the basic salary when sales targets are met.
Requirement
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the dealer or industrial markets (e.g., FMCG, hardware, industrial suppliers, dealers, general market industries) in Shah Alam, Klang, or other Selangor areas.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Self-driven and result-oriented.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Aggressive, highly independent, and a risk-taker.
- Able to work under minimal supervision.
- Must possess own transport with a valid driving license.
- Must be able to speak and written in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
