Job Scope
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and other digital channels
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as photos, videos, reels, and promotional materials
- Develop creative captions, marketing copy, and campaign-related content
- Assist with product photography, video shooting, and content editing tasks
- Stay updated with social media trends and contribute fresh, creative marketing ideas
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and enquiries when necessary
- Work closely with the sales and design teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and brand visibility
- Support company branding initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional events
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other video editing software will be an added advantage
- Familiar with major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends
- Creative, proactive, and equipped with good communication skills
- Responsible, willing to learn, and capable of working independently
- Skills in photography, videography, or copywriting will be an added advantage
