| Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandising Strategy: Assist in creating and executing merchandising strategies in line with company objectives.
2. Product Selection and Curation: Ensure product assortment meets customer needs and brand positioning. Also, ensuring a balance of trend-forward items and timeless classic that resonate our target audience.
3. Inventory Management: Track the inventory levels closely, including forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and implementing strategies to minimize OOS or excess inventory.
4. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, product metrics to improve sell-through rates.
5. Assist in planning product launches, promotions and markdown strategies.
6. Cross-Functional Collabration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and warehouse, to ensure alignment and execution of merchandising initiatives.
Key Requirements
1. 4~5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in retail industry.
2. Strong analytical skills to interpret data. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage complex task.
4. Great negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel |
