Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
  3. Proactively source candidates via various platforms and recruitment channels to fulfill staffing needs

HR Policies, Compliance & Audit

  1. Review and administer HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  2. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data and company information.
  3. Prepare for internal and external audits, including ISO documentation requirements.
  4. Act as a liaison for respective departments in ISO-related updates, including job descriptions.

Employee Relations & Discipline

  1. Monitor employee discipline and manage misconduct issues.
  2. Conduct staff counselling sessions and issue warning/show-cause letters where necessary.
  3. Handle termination processes in accordance with labor laws and company policy.

Payroll & Compensation

  1. Execute payroll-related tasks: process payroll, reconcile data, and maintain accurate payroll records.
  2. Liaise with the accounting department for payroll matters.
  3. Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  4. Liaise with relevant authorities and government departments (e.g. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN) to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  5. Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
  6. Administer employee benefits including group insurance policy.

Training, Learning & Development

  1. Plan, implement, and manage company-wide training program aligned with business and operational needs.
  2. Coordinate internal and external training, including program scheduling, budget control, and compliance requirements.
  3. Monitor training effectiveness and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
  4. Drive continuous improvement and support training digitalization initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

  1. Maintain and update employee information in HR systems accurately and timely.
  2. Oversee proper filing and documentation of HR records in compliance with company and legal standards.
  3. Prepare HR-related letters and correspondence as required.
  4. Supervise and guide subordinates in completing HR administrative tasks.

Others

  1. Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports as required by superior.
  2. Organize welfare activities and ensure effective communication of benefits to employees.

Qualifications & Experience

a. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

b. At least 5 years’ experience in handling a full spectrum of HR functions.

c. Having accountability, accuracy and a hard-working trait.

d. Having knowledge of Labor laws and other related laws

e. Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize issues for problem resolution.

f. Good interpersonal and communication skills, along with problem-solving skills.

g. Computer proficient, especially in using PowerPoint and Excel.
