Position Title: Asst Supervisor/Supervisor

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM2,800 – RM3,500

Responsibilities

·       Oversee CR schedule, manpower arrangement, daily progress, problem identifying, material issue based on current schedule.

·       Wire harness mass pro schedule commitment with Sales & Planner

·       Responsible to meet all production build, quality & shipment

·       Training new operator, leader and technician and provide support production engineer

·       Support manager and supervisor on Production management

·       Monitor production assistance and leader job routine

Requirement  

·       Min SPM or Diploma in Manufacturing or any Engineering discipline.

·       Experience in wire harness manufacturing is an added advantage

·       At least 1~ 2 years of supervisory and/or relevant working experiences in manufacturing industry

·       Must able to work independent, good interpersonal skill, matured and a key team player

·       Must willing to work Pontian.
