Position Title: Warehouse & Logistic Asst Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM5,500 – RM6,500

Responsibilities

·       Overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, such as receiving, storage, WO kitting, and FG collect from Production, S/metal outhouse, FG shipment

·       Monitoring inventory levels, manage inventory aging and maintaining high stock accuracy. 3. Accuracy on stock movement, transaction adjustment, SAP Label ID, SAP Bin location, maintain SAP related info.

·       Maximizing the storage location

·       Control movement of materials during receiving/kitting

·       Data and report

·       ISO

Requirement

·       Diploma, Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in procurement, business administration, supply chain or any field.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g. SAP, Oracle or ERP systems).

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing, or supply chain management.

·       Work in EMS or electronic manufacturing company will take advantage.

·       Proficient in SAP and warehouse management systems.

·       Strong organizational, logistical, and communication skills.

·       Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa to liaise with supplier as well as colleagues in China.

·       ISO and safety knowledge compliance.
