Job Responsibilities
- Issue and manage purchase orders in compliance with existing contracts and procurement procedures.
- Handle sourcing activities for non-contractual purchases, including supplier selection and negotiation.
- Ensure correct application of Incoterms, contractual terms, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Monitor end-to-end procurement activities from purchase requisition to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with logistics teams, suppliers, operational teams, and regional hubs to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve procurement or logistics-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and updated procurement data within ERP/P2P systems.
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Good knowledge of Incoterms and transportation/logistics processes.
- Experience using ERP/P2P systems such as Oracle PO, SmartPal, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in the offshore maritime industry is an added advantage.
