Job Responsibilities

  • Issue and manage purchase orders in compliance with existing contracts and procurement procedures.
  • Handle sourcing activities for non-contractual purchases, including supplier selection and negotiation.
  • Ensure correct application of Incoterms, contractual terms, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
  • Monitor end-to-end procurement activities from purchase requisition to final delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics teams, suppliers, operational teams, and regional hubs to ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and resolve procurement or logistics-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and updated procurement data within ERP/P2P systems.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Good knowledge of Incoterms and transportation/logistics processes.
  • Experience using ERP/P2P systems such as Oracle PO, SmartPal, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in the offshore maritime industry is an added advantage.
