| Responsibilities
· Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
· Define most important social media KPIs
· Manage and oversee social media content and follow the best practices
· Measure the success of social media campaigns
· Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizations
· Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
· Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
· Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
· Provide constructive feedback on social media
About you:
· At least 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role within agencies or inhouse
· Hands on experience in successfully developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns is a must
· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Ins, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, RedNote, WeChat, WeiBo and other social media best practices
· Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
· Sound understanding of social media KPIs
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Languages: Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese
Preferred skills and qualifications
· Knowledge on other aspects of marketing, such as SEM, and Display
