Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and networking equipment.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in server, network, and system maintenance activities.
- Support users with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Perform system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network performance issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports when required.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT-related support.
- Ensure company IT assets and systems are properly maintained and secured.
Job Requirements
- Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT support or networking.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
- Male candidates are preferred.
