Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the overall recruitment process and assist in group manpower planning.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.

Develop, implement, and manage learning and organizational development strategies, including training programs and records aligned with business objectives.

Formulate, review, and administer HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.

Handle employee relations matter such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.

Liaise with relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Lead the annual performance review process and support merit increase programs.
Key Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
-
Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws is an advantage.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
