Position Title : Purchasing Executive

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM4,000 – RM6,000

Responsibilities

·       Strategic materials planning + purchasing end-to-end in one role.

·       Turn forecasts into supply plans; set/maintain Material Planning parameters (MOQ, lead time, safety stock).

·       Place/confirm POs, manage changes, and ensure on-time delivery (expedite/de-expedite).

·       Manage suppliers: performance reviews, cost/terms negotiation, risk/mitigation.

·       Building, maintaining and improving relationships with suppliers and continuous

Requirements:

·       3–5+ years in combined planning & purchasing (manufacturing preferred).

·       Very good internal and external communication skills

·       Strong ERP/MRP skills; solid Excel (lookups, pivots); reporting comfort.

·       Proven in demand/MRP parameter setting, inventory optimization, and PO execution.

·       Supplier negotiation and basic commercial terms; import/export familiarity.

·       Languages: English (Mandarin a plus).

·       Mindset: analytical, proactive, able to switch between strategy and hands-on execution.
