Position Title : HR Manager
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM10,000 – RM15,000
Responsibilities
· Employee Relations Management • Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes, address employee grievances, and handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws
o Investigations: Lead or assist internal investigations related to harassment, discrimination, or policy violations, ensuring fair and objective outcomes
o Policy Development: Draft, review, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
· Communication • Maintain open and effective communication channels between employees and management
o Conduct employee surveys, forums, and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and engagement
· Employee Welfare & Well‑being • Design and implement well‑being programs focusing on physical, mental, and emotional health (e.g. wellness workshops, counseling services)
o Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health & safety regulations
o Organize employee events, social activities, recognition programs, and team‑building activities to enhance morale
· Compliance & Advisory • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
o Provide professional advisory support and counseling to management on employee relations risks, trends, and best practices
Requirement
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills
· Strong knowledge and understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
· Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills for handling complex employee issues
· High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations / Human Resources
