Sales Executive (Building Materials)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales initiatives to meet or surpass designated sales objectives. 
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with key clients. 
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. 
  • Expand the customer base by engaging clients within the construction, industrial, and commercial sectors. 
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. 
  • Address customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals and negotiations. 
  • Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure superior post-sales service. 
  • Present and explain the features, benefits, and applications of insulation products to clients. 
  • Provide tailored recommendations and solutions aligned with client project needs. 
  • Deliver product training sessions and presentations to customers and relevant stakeholders. 
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions. 
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management review. 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of services and uphold high standards of quality. 
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote insulation solutions.

 Job Requirements:

  •  Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) years of proven sales experience in industrial or building materials, preferably insulation products or relevant field.
