Remuneration: Salary up to RM5,000, 13months salary, Performance Bonus, Free Car Park
Handle basic accounting functions including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and perform accurate data entry
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banking institutions on financial matters
Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors for office maintenance
Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements as required
Maintain employee records and support HR documentation processes
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
Provide basic HR support including payroll assistance, onboarding coordination, and leave tracking (minimal involvement, supporting a team of 4—5 employees)
Ensure smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1—3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively |
