Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, providing personalized, and proactive ministration.

Build trusted, long-term relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving.

Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client and provider goals to improve satisfaction.

Provide training and walkthroughs to help clients fully utilize Bitzaro’s solutions.

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and cost improvement based on client and organizational needs and platform capabilities.
Commercial Coordination

Contribute to internal and client-facing materials, such as presentations, reports, and performance summaries.

Ensure high-touch relationships with priority partners, maintaining accurate records of progress and actions.

Assist in preparing and reviewing commercial terms for renewals and expansions under supervision.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure partners receive timely operational and financial agency.
Performance Tracking & Insight Reporting

Monitor key account metrics such as activity level, transaction frequency, and satisfaction (NPS).

Maintain awareness of partner performance, including revenue, usage, and margin trends to prepare structured account updates and insights for internal reporting.

Highlight growth opportunities and potential risks early to management.

Support quarterly reviews (QBRs) with partners, showcasing achievements and recommendations.
Continuous Process Development and Improvement

Help build standardized account management workflows and documentation as Bitzaro scales.

Contribute feedback to improve internal tools, partner processes, and service quality.

Represent Bitzaro with professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive, high-value partners in regulated industries
Key Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship management (preferably in fintech, payments, or B2B services).

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Strong understanding of partner farming techniques (upselling, retention strategies, lifecycle management).

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
-
Strong follow-up discipline, attention to detail, and organizational ability in a fast-moving environment.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure from the ground up.
