Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: Monday- Friday (930am-530pm), 15 days annual leave (<2 years), 21 days annual leave (>2years), Medical coverage for individual, spouse & kids including in/outpatient, dental, optical, annual medical check-up & more, RM50 fixed phone allowance, performance bonus etc..

Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Support the preparation and submission of statutory filings, forms, and returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and other relevant authorities.

Assist in coordinating Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including the preparation of notices, agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.

Maintain and update statutory registers, corporate records, and company secretarial documentation.

Provide administrative and documentation support during internal, statutory, and secretarial audits, as well as regulatory reviews.

Assist in managing correspondence and communication with shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Support communication and engagement with shareholders, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the necessary information for corporate communications and reporting.

Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

1—2 years of experience in a company secretarial firm or corporate secretarial department, experience in managing listed company is a MUST.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
